At Redbrook Hayes we welcome feedback from parents and carers. This feedback, along with feedback from learners through our Junior Lead Learning Team, helps us to develop and plan for the future improvements.
To offer your thoughts on what we do please email the school office at: email@example.com or speak to Mr Gaffiney or Mrs Pilkington at your earliest convenience.
Some of the latest feedback we have received is included below.
Parent Feedback – January 2018 (Received during SEN Meeting)
What a huge difference the dining room changes have made for XXXXX. He really feels involved and has taken his responsibility as a table leader very seriously. Where before XXXXXX could feel a bit lost at lunchtimes he now really looks forward to this part of the day. Thank you.
Parent Feedback – November 2018 (Received during TLC feedback forms)
Really positive meeting with XXXXXXXXX. It was wonderful to see the progress XXXXX has made this term and the change in parent’s evening really helped me understand this more. XXXX is really fired up to meet his goals, which is great!
Professional Feedback - January 2018 (Received during annual behaviour review)
I just wanted to commend your staff and whole school team on the behaviour strategies implemented for some of your most vulnerable learners, it is not something I see every day and whilst I know it must be incredibly hard work, and I think you all deserve a medal, you are doing a great job.
Parent Feedback – February 2018 (Received in person)
Could you please pass on my thanks to XXXX , the counselor. I don’t know what she has done with XXXX but she really is a different child – so much more content and on top of things, having that person to talk to and support her has been a life-saver!
Parent Feedback – July 2017 (Received via e.mail)
Can I just say a huge thank you to the team in the Nurture room who have helped XXXXX grow so much over the past few weeks – I can’t believe the amount of work she is completing and the change in her attitude about school. All of the staff have been so helpful to XXXX on her journey and the schools continued support means a great deal to us. Your kindness, support and patience means more than anything. We absolutely applaud you all and cannot thank you enough. Where most schools would have given up on her long ago you never, ever gave up on her. Always showing kindness and support.
